How our business operates: From the very beginning of our photography endeavor, Mary and I consider God to be the Senior Partner in our corporation. We depend upon His guidance through every decision and rely on His word for inspiration. We approach every assignment with a dependence on Him for vision, insight and creativity. We also run the day to day "business" according to His standards, so you can have confidence in the River Street Photography guarantee. Of course, He's also our Amazing Savior, so wonderful to know in these "interesting" times. Michael Thresher is your portraitist, with a Bachelor of Photographic Science degree, an Associate Fellow of Photography degree, and 30+ years of experience. Michael's love of portraiture and his desire to preserve a families legacy with photographic art gives River Street Photography it's unique niche in the world of portrait studios. Michael was honored to receive the the National Award from the Professional Photographers of America and the Fuji Award of Excellence in 2009. He is a Certified Professional Photographer and has the Associate Fellow of Photography Degree. |

Mary Thresher keeps the River Street studio humming and organized. She is an accomplished photographer with an Associate Fellow of Photography degree. Her love of gardening keeps our Garden Studio in beautiful decor, both inside and out. Her amazing fine art photographs decorate the River Street studio and many clients homes. |

Kate Berschauer is a graduate of the Seattle Art Institute. Most of the uniquely creative imaging that River Street delivers to it's clients is the work of this talented artist. She is a talented photographer with several published water ski photographs. Her love is to travel and see the world. |
 Angela |
Michael and Mary's daughter, Angela is our primary wedding assistant and photographer. Her B&W images are a favorite of many bridal couples. A graduate of Washington State University in Pullman WA, she currently works for the USDA in Moscow ID and is on her way into the Peace Corps. |
 Andrew |
Michael and Mary's son Andrew is the epitome of techno-youth and keeps the River Street studio on the technology edge. He is an accomplished musician, digital artist and computer guru. Andrew is an undergraduate at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL. |
